These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any order you place with Batterup. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Ordering
When you place an order or submit a request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Batterup reserves the right to confirm details, adjust availability, or contact you about your order before fulfillment.
Payment & deposits
Premade and in-stock items are paid in full at checkout. Custom or made-to-order items may require a deposit to confirm and reserve your order. Deposit and refund terms are set by Batterup and shown before you pay. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, though they move with you if you reschedule. Any remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Text messaging
If you check the text-message box, you agree to receive order updates and transactional text messages (for bookings: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and quote and aftercare updates) from Batterup at the number provided. If you also check the separate offers box (“Text me offers and updates from Batterup”), you agree to receive marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. Cancellations & changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Batterup as soon as possible. Whether a change is possible depends on how far along your order is. Deposit and refund terms are set by Batterup and shown before you pay.
Age requirement
Some services from Batterup may have an age requirement. If one applies, it is shown before you book.
Accessibility
We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or zoom. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If anything here is hard to use, or you need help placing an order another way, contact Batterup by replying to any message we send you or through this website, or email support@wavyautomations.com and we’ll help you complete your order.
Limitation of liability
This website and our products are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Batterup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your order. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Batterup operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
